1. Scope and meaning
This Cookie Policy applies to https://www.coast.club (the Website), operated by COASTVENTURE S.L. It explains the use of cookies and comparable technologies, such as local storage, tags, pixels and scripts. These technologies may store or read information on a device or transmit information when a page or external resource is requested.
For information about the controller, legal bases, recipients, transfers and rights, see the Website's Privacy Policy. Questions may be sent to info@coastventure.com.
2. Technical environment
The Website is built and delivered using Webflow and its supporting hosting, content-delivery and security infrastructure. Loading an external resource may transmit technical connection data such as the IP address, browser information, requested page and time even if the resource does not set a cookie. The Website currently uses the following technologies:
- Webflow hosting and content delivery: provide and secure the pages requested by the visitor. Any storage used solely for delivery, load balancing or security is strictly necessary and lasts only for the period required for that function.
- Google Fonts: supplies font files. The request may disclose connection data to Google but does not itself set a Coast.Club cookie.
- Metricool measurement script: after analytics consent, sends a cookieless measurement request containing the page address, referring address and browser-window dimensions. The script does not itself write cookies or local storage; the receiving service also obtains ordinary connection data.
- Google Tag Manager, container GTM-TN4B9LVH: manages configured tags after the consent required for their purpose. The container does not itself set cookies. Any analytics or marketing tag activated through it must be listed under Cookie Settings before activation.
The current information shown in Cookie Settings—including each active technology or provider, purpose, category and available duration information—forms part of this Policy and is the Website's current detailed inventory.
3. Categories of technology
- Strictly necessary: technologies needed to deliver and secure the Website, balance traffic, maintain essential sessions and record consent choices. They are active without consent because the service requested by the visitor cannot be provided reliably without them.
- Functional and preference: technologies that remember optional choices or provide enhanced features. Where they are not strictly necessary, they are used only if enabled and after consent.
- Analytics and measurement: technologies that help measure visits, interactions, traffic sources and referral performance. This category may include Metricool and analytics tags managed through Google Tag Manager. They are used only if enabled and after consent.
- Marketing: technologies for advertising measurement, audience building or remarketing. They are used only if such functionality is enabled and after the required consent.
The Website may not use every optional category at all times. The active selection is shown in Cookie Settings.
4. Choices and withdrawal
On first visit, the consent interface allows the visitor to accept, reject or configure non-essential technologies. Non-essential technologies remain disabled until the relevant consent has been given. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the Website footer. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.
Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the consent interface. Browser controls may be used to delete or block stored information, but blocking necessary functions can prevent the Website from working correctly. If CoastVenture materially changes an optional purpose or provider, the information will be updated and renewed consent will be requested where required.
5. External destinations
The Website contains ordinary links to the separate membership and workspace environment, CoastVenture's separate accommodation-booking environment, social-media sites and experience partners. Merely displaying such a link does not place the destination site's cookies on the user's device. Once the user follows the link and the destination loads, the destination's own cookie policy and consent controls apply. Any embedded external content, if introduced, will be identified and controlled according to its purpose and the applicable consent requirement.
6. Changes
This Cookie Policy may be updated when the Website's technologies, purposes or legal requirements change. The current version and the current configurable choices are made available on the Website.
