2. Purpose of the Website and separate transactions
Coast.Club is a public information and member-acquisition hub for the Coast ecosystem. It presents CoastMembership, accommodation, workspaces and selected local experiences, but the Website itself does not complete memberships, reservations, payments or partner-experience purchases.
- Membership: the “Become a CoastMember” link leads to a separate CoastMembership environment. Registration and membership are governed by the terms and privacy information presented there.
- Accommodation: accommodation links lead to a separate accommodation-booking environment operated by CoastVenture. Each reservation is governed by the listing, booking summary, booking terms, privacy information and confirmation presented there. The applicable contracting and invoicing entity is determined under the Accommodation Booking Terms by the country in which the accommodation is located and is stated in the reservation confirmation and customer-facing invoice.
- Workspaces: CoastOffice links lead to a separate workspace-booking environment. Each workspace booking or service is governed by its description, checkout information, CoastOffice terms and applicable workspace rules.
- Experiences: experience links normally lead to the selected partner. The user books, purchases or redeems the benefit directly with that partner under the partner’s prices, availability, terms, cancellation rules and privacy information.
The terms presented in the relevant destination environment prevail for that transaction.
3. CoastMembership benefits and partner offers
CoastMembership is free unless the membership environment expressly states otherwise for a separate plan or service. Membership, a code or a digital card does not itself include accommodation, workspace use or an experience and does not guarantee availability, a particular discount or a particular price.
Offers may be limited by dates, capacity, participating locations, eligibility, minimum spend or other conditions displayed with the offer or by the relevant provider. Partners remain responsible for accepting a valid code or card and for the services they provide. Unless CoastVenture is expressly identified as the provider or intermediary for a particular experience, the contract is solely between the user and the partner.
4. Permitted use
The Website may be used only for lawful personal or professional purposes. Users must not interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, obtain unauthorised access, scrape or collect data by unauthorised automated means, or infringe the rights of CoastVenture or a third party.
The age, capacity and eligibility requirements for a membership, booking or purchase are those stated in the relevant destination environment.
5. Information, availability and external services
CoastVenture takes reasonable care to keep the Website useful and accurate, but general descriptions, articles, availability, prices, discounts and partner participation may change. Transaction details must always be checked in the destination environment before booking or purchasing. Articles and guides are general information, not legal, tax, medical, safety or other professional advice.
The Website may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical failure or circumstances beyond CoastVenture’s reasonable control. External websites and independent partner services are controlled by their respective operators. CoastVenture is not responsible for their content, availability or performance except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or CoastVenture has expressly assumed responsibility for a particular service.
6. Intellectual property
The Website and its text, photographs, graphics, designs, databases, trademarks and software are owned by or licensed to CoastVenture or the relevant rights holder. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the Website for its intended purpose. Content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative material without prior permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
7. Contact and complaints
Questions about the Website may be sent to info@coast.club. Questions or complaints about a membership, accommodation, workspace or experience should be addressed through the contact channel stated in the relevant destination environment or confirmation. This ensures that the responsible contracting entity or partner receives the matter directly.
8. Changes, applicable law and jurisdiction
CoastVenture may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. An external membership, reservation, booking or purchase remains governed by the version and transaction-specific terms accepted in the relevant destination environment.
Spanish law applies to use of the Website, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
